About the Role
- Work within a high-performing kitchen team focused on delivering premium, contemporary Chinese cuisine.
- Support the creation and execution of bold, beautifully balanced dishes using the finest seasonal ingredients.
- Collaborate with senior chefs to uphold the restaurant's culinary vision, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Maintain the highest levels of kitchen hygiene, organisation, and efficiency during service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous Experience: Demonstrated success as a Chef in a premium or fine dining establishment, ideally with expertise in Chinese cuisine.
- Relevant Qualifications: A formal qualification in Commercial Cookery is essential, with a strong foundation in kitchen fundamentals.
- Safety & Hygiene Mastery: A solid understanding and strict adherence to WH&S regulations, with the ability to maintain and enforce the highest standards of kitchen safety and cleanliness.
