Location: Southbank, Melbourne Hours: Full-time - 38 hours per week (early starts required)

Availability: Weekday and weekend availability essential

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading breakfast service and executing a high-quality menu with consistency
• Managing prep, stock, and kitchen cleanliness
• Working closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
• Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a chef, ideally in a busy breakfast/brunch kitchen
• Excellent time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A passion for great food, presentation, and efficiency
• Team spirit, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Relevant qualifications and food safety certifications
