About the role
We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team and help drive culinary innovation at Melbourne's one and only Tasmanian produce focussed venues. You will be working closing with our culinary leadership team with previous hatted restaurant experience, both here and around the world. You will play a crucial role in menu creation, kitchen operations and team leadership.

Your role & responsibility
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to drive menu creativity and ensure the highest quality standards
- Manage kitchen operations, including scheduling, ordering, and compliance
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional culture
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation, upholding our reputation for excellence
- Work with Tasmania's best produce, developing innovative dishes that highlight provenance and seasonality
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a similar role, ideally in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant
- Passion for sustainable, ethical, and local produce
- Strong leadership and communication skills – ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to grow
