Woods & Co have partnered with one of Australia's largest facilities management companies. We're seeking a Tender & Bid Coordinator to join the Business Support Team, playing a key role in preparing high-quality proposals and supporting operational processes. With over 200 cleaners and large contracts with elite sporting clubs, universities and hospitals, this company is looking for a detail-driven professional who thrives under deadlines and loves producing polished, client-focused work.

What do you do?

  • Attend site walkthroughs to gather data for quoting and tender documentation
  • Prepare accurate, professional, and client-focused proposals
  • Use Canva and other tools to create visually engaging and detailed submissions
  • Collate and structure information to meet deadlines and high standards
  • Coordinate and manage periodical schedules
  • Support ad-hoc billing requirements and oversee purchase orders
  • Work closely with the CEO, Group Business Manager, Operations Director, and Business Support Team

What do you need?

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar coordination or tender/bid role
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using software
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team
  • Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Immaculate presentation
