Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be leading and managing the annual commercial planning cycle which will include execution analysis and sales forecasts.The newly appointed Senior Brand Manager will be gearing up with an established team for the launch of a new medicine.Your key responsibilities will include:* Champion and relentlessly pursue meaningful high-value customer experience* Develop deep market and customer insights and programs to exceed strategic and performance brand objectives* Responsible for P&L of Oncology assigned brand(s) and meeting/exceeding commercial KPIsEssential Knowledge & Experience:* Minimum >2 years' experience in marketing brand management with significant decision-and P&L responsibilities* Demonstrated OCO/MCE marketing* Demonstrated leadership/influence without authority* Record of successful relationships and Key External Expert (KEE) management* Exceptional data, analytical, business prioritization, and planning skills* Strong project management skills* High comfort and agility with technologies* Highly curious high learning agility and orientationPreferred Knowledge & Experience:* Advanced understanding of the relevant therapeutic area(s)* Flexible, customer-focused, and determined attitude* Solution-oriented and effective problem-solving skillsEducation/Qualifications:* Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing and/or Business* Life Sciences/Pharmacy qualifications preferredAdditional information:* Permanent contract* Attractive salary plus car allowance plus super plus bonuses* Stable pharmaceutical company with a strong pipeline* Inspiring work environment* Employee Referral Bonus ProgramGain extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and develop your professional portfolioWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: One location
