Medical Administration and Accounts Support – Specialist Practice –

3 days per week

About Us

We are a private medical oncology practice in Noble Park seeking an enthusiastic Office allrounder – preferably with MYOB experience to join our small friendly team, working 3 days per week. 

Qualifications & experience

·       Excellent time management and organisational skills

·       Good communication skills

·       Strong computer literacy including MYOB experience

·       Reliable with a strong work ethic

·       Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills

·       Experience in a medical billing environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

·       Data entry

·       Experience in billing/receipting medical accounts (inpatient and outpatient) through Health Funds, Medicare and DVA.

·       Reconciliation and Reporting

·       Debtor control

·       Payroll and superannuation processing.

·       Accounts Payable

·       General administration duties and reception cover to help during leave absences.
