We're seeking a highly motivated and organised professional to join our Facilities team as a Campus Services Coordinator. This leadership role demands agility, adaptability and a proactive mindset. About the Role
As Campus Services Coordinator, you'll oversee the delivery of essential campus services across our 3 Campuses, from cleaning and waste management to pest control and space coordination. You'll manage key contracts, lead tender processes and support relocations and campus events, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
You'll lead a small team and work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, a safe, clean and functional environment for Students and Staff.
This opportunity has opened up due to an internal promotion — a testament to the growth and development we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Campus Services team and managing resources effectively.
- Coordinate and deliver fixed-term contracts and service agreements, including tendering and scope development.
- Monitor and audit cleaning, hygiene, pest control and waste services to ensure compliance and performance.
- Implement and maintain space management strategies, including room setups and relocations.
- Provide facilities support for campus events, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Salary Range
PACCT Level 6 - $85, $94, Superannuation
