Brand & Campaign Specialist

Take full control of national campaign delivery and sharpen your end-to-end marketing execution skills.
You'll work directly with creative, media, and franchise teams across Australia and New Zealand, giving you hands-on experience in high-impact retail campaigns. You'll also manage print and logistics, ensuring every campaign hits the shelves on time and to brand.
And because you'll be involved in post-campaign analysis, you'll grow your understanding of data-driven marketing, learning how to use insights to improve future performance.
There's also plenty of room for your ideas. You'll be encouraged to test new concepts and lead growth initiatives, helping you build a reputation for innovation and get noticed by senior marketers across the QSR industry.
Plus, you'll benefit from hybrid working, with four days in the office and one from home, giving you the flexibility to focus when you need it.
What you'll do
Support the execution of national marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on the New Zealand market.
This includes:
- Coordinating campaign timelines, approvals, and asset requirements to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to brand standards.
- Managing and maintaining campaign documentation to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Preparing and delivering clear communications to stakeholders regarding campaign objectives, timelines, and execution requirements.
- Working closely with the design team and external print suppliers to effectively roll out POS and LSM print strategies in line with campaign timelines.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns across the ANZ national marketing calendar.
What you'll need
- 2–3 years of brand or marketing experience in a B2C business having been involved in campaigns
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
