Marketing Specialist
to join their growing team.

Harvest Hospitality is an investment management and pub operating company with a portfolio of large-format pubs across NSW and SA. Their mission is to acquire and elevate underdeveloped pubs through operational and capital improvements, creating outstanding experiences for patrons, staff, and investors alike.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue across Harvest Hospitality portfolio. This is a hands-on and creative position where you'll collaborate with venue managers, designers, and external partners to bring campaigns and events to life.

What you'll do

  • Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across on-premise, traditional channels and digital
  • Build quarterly events calendars with venue teams, ensuring activation and promotion are seamless.
  • Develop engaging copy and content for posters, social media, EDMs, and websites.
  • Partner with designers and agencies to create compelling collateral.
  • Uphold and champion the Harvest Hospitality brand across all communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs, using insights to refine activity.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • 3+ years' marketing experience (hospitality industry experience highly regarded).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience with Project Management tools (e.g. Click-Up, Monday) and Microsoft Office Suite (bonus if familiar with POS, bookings, or CRM tools).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
