The Brand and Campaign Manager for Abano Healthcare (ANZ) will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and cohesive brand experience across all channels and campaigns for Lumino, Maven, and 1300 Smiles. This role will focus on maintaining consistency in store look and feel, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and acting as the brand custodian across Australia and New Zealand.
**What You’ll Do**:
- ** Brand Experience and Cohesion**: Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and experience across all marketing channels and touchpoints for Lumino, Maven, and 1300 Smiles. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate brand strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Act as the guardian of brand standards, ensuring that all marketing materials, communications, and campaigns reflect the brand’s values and identity
- ** Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and patient acquisition. Work with creative and media teams to develop compelling campaign concepts and assets. Oversee the execution of campaigns across digital, print, social media, and other channels, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- ** Store Look and Feel Consistency**: Ensure that all physical locations for Lumino, Maven, and 1300 Smiles maintain consistent branding and visual identity. Work with store managers and design teams to implement and update store visual standards, signage, and promotional materials. Conduct regular audits of store locations to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and address any inconsistencies.
- ** Brand Oversight and Reporting**: Act as the primary point of contact for brand-related inquiries and issues across Australia and New Zealand. Monitor and report on brand performance, including campaign effectiveness and brand perception. Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve brand strategies and campaign execution.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand strategies are effectively implemented and supported. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and maintain brand consistency. Provide guidance and support to ensure all brand touchpoints align with overall marketing and business goals.
- ** Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitive positioning. Use insights to inform brand strategies and campaign development, ensuring relevance and impact in the market.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, campaign execution, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing brand consistency and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity, and retail marketing.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
