The global growth of Australia’s leading Activewear brand has an amazing opportunity within our Marketing team as a Creative Campaign Specialist at our Lorna Jane HQ. In this role you will plan, create and execute creative content to ensure the Lorna Jane brand is captured in an aspirational and premium way.

You Will
- Work closely with the Head Designer to translate Lorna Jane marketing objectives into clear creative strategies for campaign and eCommerce shoots.
- Source and book models, photographers, stylists, and locations that meet photoshoot requirements, negotiating costs and providing creative directive to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Develop Social Media strategies for Lorna Jane Clarkson’s personal accounts and keeping abreast of latest social media best practices to remain relevant and competitive.
- Developing and delivering weekly plans for social channels to the PR Manager & MND Editor ensuring the Active Living message is amplified in all strategies and communications.
- Plan and execute brand events for community engagement, content creation and brand elevation.
- Demonstrating and presenting engagement data and reporting to enable clear insights and suggestions for strategy improvements.
- Planning and executing successful social media and other ad-hoc duties as required.

About You.
- Previous experience in copywriting, marketing, design or production.
- Event management and fashion experience highly advantageous.
- Basic image editing and Adobe Suite skills.
- High attention to detail & impeccable time management skills.
- Ability to consistently create and embrace change.
- Effective stakeholder engagement & ability to build relationships and rapport.
