Are you a creative mastermind with a passion for coffee and all things marketing? Piccolo Me wants YOU to join our team as our Brand Manager We are seeking a talented and innovative individual to help us take our marketing efforts to the next level.
As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will help us reach our target audience, build brand awareness, increase sales, manage the marketing fund budget, and work collaboratively with our franchisees & brand partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively develop, manage, and execute brand plans and marketing initiatives as per Brand guidelines.
- Lead the development of National and local marketing campaign plans across all cafes.
- Lead social media development, creatives with the in-house specialist and designers and ensure Piccolo Me brand is always on trend and grows awareness / engagement with the audiences.
- Lead and manage marketing activities and initiatives. Includes packaging design, merchandise, price analysis, consumer promotions, consumer research and other key projects – with key internal stakeholders and/or external agencies.
- Lead and manage Brand partnerships with brands like Nutella, RB and others to be able to implement on trend promos keeping in mind the brand guidelines of each brands.
- Market analysis completed with clear conclusions and recommendations. Include regular review of market pricing, post market review of NPD / key initiatives and input into category reviews.
- Work closely with cross-functional project team (internal and external stakeholders) for development of Marketing initiatives
- Maintaining the budget, tracking ROI and handling P&L responsibilities
- Work with Franchisees to help execute local Marketing initiatives, grow awareness, and increase their sales/ revenue.
- Championing brand image and activity across all channels
- Working closely with our social media coordinator, senior graphic designer and CEO.
Key Requirements:
- A passion for brands and a consumer centric mindset that puts the consumer at the heart.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategy and coordination of market campaign launches.
- Experience in leading project teams, managing people.
- Knowledge of marketing practice, the integration of functions within it and current practice in brand management.
- Computer literacy skill with ability to utilise Microsoft inclusive of Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management systems.
- Analytical skills with ability to demonstrate data driven decision making.
- Agility, entrepreneurial mindset and strong team spirit.
- Strong presentation and communication skills and stakeholder management with the ability to influence.
- Solid business acumen and digital marketing knowledge and experience – comfortable with GA, Ads manager
- Multitasking, ability to wear multiple hats and agility.
- QSR experience a bonus
Please note that our locations is North Rocks Not "The Rocks" in the CBD. We do have some nice views of a park though and coffee on drip.
