We're partnering with a fast-paced, tech-forward retailer to find an eCommerce Specialist who can drive growth across both owned digital channels and third-party aggregator platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll get to influence how customers experience and engage with a nationally recognised brand online.

You'll work closely with the eCommerce Manager to deliver campaigns, optimise digital merchandising, and constantly improve the online ordering journey.

What you'll do

  • Deliver and optimise digital campaigns across web, mobile app and aggregator platforms
  • Ensure digital platforms are updated with the latest content, offers and product listings
  • Run A/B testing to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Collaborate with creative, brand and product teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts
  • Monitor competitor platforms to stay ahead of digital and industry trends
  • Help implement a roadmap of continuous improvement across eCommerce channels
  • Support advertising strategy on third-party delivery platforms
  • Use data tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) to uncover insights and recommend changes

What you'll need

  • 1–3+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing or online campaign roles
  • Experience with CMS, analytics, merchandising or MarTech tools
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance tracking
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when executing across multiple platforms
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment with lots of cross-functional collaboration
  • Bonus points for aggregator platform experience
