The Role

We're looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing, paid advertising, and SEO strategies across multiple FC brands. You'll take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation, and analysis - driving engagement, leads, and growth through creative and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage and optimise ad campaigns across Fitness Cartel, Merse Wellness Spa, and Fitness Cartel Apparel
  • Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimisation
  • Leverage remarketing and lookalike audiences to increase conversions
  • Track and analyse ad creatives, copy performance, and funnel results, providing data-driven recommendations
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to refine strategies
  • Implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and lead generation
  • Conduct SEO audits, optimise content, and manage backlinking strategies
  • Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools to monitor performance
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and website traffic
  • Analyse customer journeys and sales funnels to optimise marketing efforts
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within fitness, health, or beauty
  • Proven experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and performance marketing
  • Ability to demonstrate previous successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong social media marketing skills - both organic and paid
  • Experience with WordPress and website development
  • Familiar with email marketing, automation, and analytics tools (MailChimp, Google Analytics, Linktree)
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative, proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
  • Desirable: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content creation tools
  • Desirable: Exposure to B2B marketing, apparel marketing, or direct marketing
