We're seeking a dynamic Community Co-Ordinator to build, nurture, and grow our vibrant hospitality-focused community.

As a key member of our team,  you'll be the voice and guardian of our community, fostering meaningful connections among chefs, restaurant owners, bartenders, servers, and all hospitality professionals while ensuring a positive, engaging environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow community membership within the hospitality industry and increase active participation
  • Create engaging content relevant to hospitality professionals and facilitate discussions that drive meaningful industry-specific interactions
  • Identify and cultivate community champions and brand advocates from restaurants, bars, hotels, and food service businesses
  • Monitor community metrics and analyze engagement patterns to optimize growth across different hospitality sectors

User Support & Onboarding

  • Design and implement smooth onboarding experiences for new community members
  • Provide timely, helpful responses to user questions and concerns
  • Create resources and documentation to help users navigate the community effectively
  • Identify common user pain points and develop solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts
  • Experience with community platforms and social media management tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with community analytics tools and reporting
  • Background in customer service or user experience
  • Knowledge of online safety and content moderation best practices
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership
  • Understanding of brand voice and content strategy
  • Familiarity with emerging social platforms and trends
  • Knowledge of or experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, bars, hotels, catering, etc.)
  • Understanding of hospitality industry challenges, trends, and professional culture
