Technical Specialist"
to work on significant project for our esteemed client.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on applications and products, consulting on technical issues and reviewing technical designs.
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Identify continuous improvements and implement changes on applications as needed.
- Ensure changes are implemented effectively in production and provide high-level estimates for new initiatives.
- Contribute to and participate in application development functions, including in-house development and external vendor-based development.
- Provide support for a range of technical tasks including initiatives, enhancements, and upgrades to ensure efficient and effective change and delivery.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and IT Operation teams in resolving operational desktop-related incidents, requests, and changes (second and third-line support).
- Plan and perform regular and ad-hoc security and OS patching to meet compliance across workstations.
- Develop and implement strategies to address identified security vulnerabilities, working with IT and security teams to ensure effective remediation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other technical staff to achieve technical and business outcomes.
- Provide support and guidance to internal and external teams and partners on complex issues to ensure effective delivery.
- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Implement, operate, and maintain
End User Computing
and desktop management technologies. - Plan, support, and troubleshoot technologies such as:
- MECM application deployment
- Azure Environments (including Intune and Microsoft 365)
- Windows workstations
Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a complex technology environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of remediating security vulnerabilities.
- Working knowledge of:
MECM, Netskope, Intune platforms and best practices and Application blocking software - Sound understanding of IT software applications, hardware, infrastructure, systems, and databases.
- Knowledge of security frameworks including

NIST, Essential 8, NSW Cyber Governance Frameworks.
