Assistant Owners Corporations Manager

Key responsibilities of this position:

  • Answer client calls /emails (in the assigned portfolio) and provide support.
  • Liaise with stakeholders promptly.
  • Answer basic questions regarding payment of fees.
  • Assist manager to prepare reports.
  • Manage multiple email inboxes efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare owners corporation certificates.
  • Maintain accurate records and organise documents where required.
  • Prepare and issue breach notices in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing notice of meetings and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in organizing AGM's and committee meetings.
  • Manage KPI's and task registers.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Victorian owners corporation legislation and owners corporations act 2006.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products & OC management software (PIQ preferred).
  • High attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Proven customer service skills with a client-first attitude.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of industry experience or related disciplines such as Legal, Accounting or Engineering backgrounds considered.
