We are seeking a Highly Motivated and Exceptional Assistant to support our Senior Management Team. This is a broad and dynamic role offering invaluable experience in Owners Corporation and Corporate Management while working closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional service to our clients (internal and external).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Prepare professional communications for distribution to stakeholders
  • Complete Owners Corporation and Company tasks as assigned by the senior management team
  • Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist in preparing tenders for new business opportunities
  • Prepare documentation to meet legislative requirements of the Owners Corporation Act
  • Attend and minute Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings and Special Meetings if required
  • Liaise with the Owners Corporation and Facility Management teams to ensure ongoing compliance and high service standards

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred
