Our client based in Melbourne's Inner City is on the hunt for their next Property Manager. This is a role for someone who doesn't just manage properties but owns the position with confidence, backed by a team that invests in your growth, champions your success and knows the industry inside out. We are open to considering Junior/ Assistant Property Managers who are looking to progress.

  • Managing a portfolio of
  • Salary up to $85,000+ Super + Bonuses
  • HANDS ON SUPPORT - with Leasing & Administration
  • NO WEEKENDS

ABOUT YOU:

  • Ideally minimum 12 years experience in property management
  • Current Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL
  • Ideally located near Melbourne City
  • Current Vic Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
  • Punctual, reliable and professionally presented
