About the role

We are seeking a Parts Department Store Person to join our team at Audi Centre Perth in Osborne Park.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for maintaining our parts inventory and assisting customers with their parts requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming parts and supplies
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching parts orders for customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of parts inventory and stock levels
  • Providing excellent customer service to Audi owners and other customers
  • Restocking shelves and organising the parts department to ensure efficiency
  • Assisting the parts team with other duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in a parts department or similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Good computer skills and experience using inventory management systems
  • Training will be provided on inventory management systems
  • A keen interest in the automotive industry and a commitment to providing high-quality service
