Full Time Parts Junior

CarGIANTwa, is a Motor Vehicle Dealership located in the rapidly expanding residential and commercial hub of Jandakot, with direct transportation links to Perth City and the wider metro area.

We have an ideal entry level position for a full time parts assistant to help our service department recondition vehicles for sale.

Standard hours are Mon - Fri 8.00am to 4.00pm.

The Role:

As a Parts Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our parts department by ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of automotive parts. You'll work closely with technicians and suppliers to keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming parts
  • Pick and pack parts for workshop
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Process orders and returns in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
  • Support the Parts Manager with daily operations

  • Applicants with an interest in automotive
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems a plus)
