The Role:
  • Portfolio based property management
  • Provide high quality service to renters and rental providers
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
  • Organise and manage repairs and maintenance works
  • Minimise and maintain rental arrears
  • Manage rent reviews and lease renewals maximising rental providers' asset
  • Present tenancy applications and oversee leasing documentation
  • VCAT Representation as required

The Successful Candidate:
  • Passion for Property Management and helping people
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (formerly Agents Rep Course) and Police Check (or willing to complete)
  • Current Victorian Drivers License and reliable vehicle
  • Great organisational / time management skills
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build genuine relationships
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • High professional standards / personal integrity
