**About the role**
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager (VIC/TAS). This is a great opportunity for talent like yours The Client Relationship Manager will travel to multiple sites throughout VIC to oversee a portfolio of key clients, ensuring smooth and profitable operations. Develop strong relationships and provide commitment and accountability for the overall operations staff, including subcontractors and supplies under the portfolio, while maintaining contractual and legislative arrangements. The Client Relationship Manager will play an important role in ensuring operational readiness and positive client satisfaction. This will lay a strong foundation for ARA's growth
**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:
- Travel to multiple sites in the portfolio's regional VIC to perform site inspections and ensure staff meet compliance and site's induction requirements.
- Effectively manage day-to-day of account management and delivery of cleaning services to clients, including proactive site inspections, toolbox talks, portfolio growth, and work orders
- Implement a proactive approach to meet clients’ requirements, expected outcomes, and improvement ensure the level of standards of delivery and conformity of specification are met
- Promote and monitor safe work practices. Ensure compliance with risk management, quality assurance, workplace health and safety, and statutory and contractual obligations
- Induct and train new staffs in align with expected standards and quality of cleaning industry
- Produce summary reports, manage and monitor roasters, and complete payroll timesheets for a responsible portfolio
**About you**
- Enjoy being on the road and travelling.
- Demonstrate previous experience in client relationship management in the cleaning industry (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated track record of dealing with clients, suppliers, and management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), high ability to manage conflict resolution and problem solving with a wide range of clients and internal teams
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office suite
- Effective presentation, organise, problem solving, multi-tasking and time management skills to efficiently prioritise and meet competitive deadlines
- Ability to work as a great member of our team, with the ability to exercise independence
- Initiative and a proactive approach to work and undertaking tasks outside of core requirements
