Assistant Property Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, client focused and driven individual to start their real estate career in our Property Management Division.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Property Management team to grow and develop the rental portfolio and client experience.
- Have a high level of attention to detail with all paperwork and data entry.
- Professionally greet customers, face-to-face, via telephones, taking messages as required.
- Maintain all property management files in the company database.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance in relevant systems.
- Advocate for the brand: Attract new property management clients to the group of companies.
**Skills, Attributes, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Sound experience and demonstrated success working in an administration and client service role.
- Good standard of skills is utilising a Cloud Based systems.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective and efficient working relationships
- Ability to adapt and focus in a fast paced and diverse work environment and also within a small team.
