Location - Regional Victoria (Flexible - Shepparton, Benalla, Bairnsdale & surrounds)

Employment Type - part-time with progression through to full-time employment when work load builds.

At Patrick Leo Property, we are a national property management and real estate company with offices across Sydney, Brisbane, Bendigo, and Perth. We specialise in helping clients build wealth through property and pride ourselves on delivering professional, reliable, and personable service.

We are now seeking a boots on the grounds coordinator to join our growing Regional Victoria team. This role is perfect for someone who loves driving, enjoys autonomy, and wants to play a crucial part in the property journey, from build completion to welcoming new tenants.

The Role:

  • Conducting new build property completion inspections across regional Victoria
  • Managing handover & key collections for newly built properties
  • Overseeing the commencement of leasing processes
  • Travelling to properties across Bendigo, Shepparton, Benalla, Lucknow, Bairnsdale, and surrounding regions
  • Representing Patrick Leo with professionalism and care, ensuring landlords and tenants have a seamless experience

What we're looking for:

  • strong understanding on Property Completion Inspections, new build properties and Handover process preferred
  • Solid IT and reporting skills - comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and property software to prepare reports and updates
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (minimum requirement) or working towards completion.
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the road and travelling between properties
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism
  • A flexible, proactive, and hard-working attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
