What You'll Do

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Assist with personal care and everyday living tasks
  • Support clients to connect with their communities and enjoy social activities
  • Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks
  • Follow individualised care plans to ensure safety and wellbeing
  • Create a positive, respectful environment that promotes growth
  • Build meaningful relationships by offering encouragement and guidance
  • Work collaboratively with our team to foster inclusion

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Police Check (within the last 6 months)
  • Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable insured vehicle
  • Desirable: At least one year of experience in disability or community support
