If deemed suitable your details will remain in the Clinical Talent Pool for a period of 12 months, and you will be contacted further by the Allied Health Services Division at the time the opportunity arises.

Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Salary range: $49.83 to $73.24 p.h. (HP3)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

This position works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the provision of quality nutrition and dietetic services to patients within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

  • The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics and hold the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) credential.
  • This position requires the incumbent to operate a C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle, as the position may be required to travel for outreach purposes. li>
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check: As a Health Care worker in Queensland Health who engages in risk-assessed roles, you must hold a current disability check (Yellow Card or Yellow Card Exemption) or an NDIS worker screening check, in accordance with Part 5 of the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld).
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
