About the Role

At BoostAbility Services, we are passionate about empowering people with disability to live life their way. We are currently looking for caring, reliable and professional male Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a casual role focused on providing person-centred support to male clients, helping them achieve their goals, maintain independence and engage in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and daily living support
  • Assist with transport and community access
  • Support clients with household tasks and meal preparation
  • Encourage independence and participation in social and recreational activities
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families

Mandatory Requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card/Blue Card)
  • Completion of NDIS Orientation Module
  • Current driver's licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance
  • Legal right to work in Australia

Desirable

  • Previous experience working in disability support or a related field
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support or similar)
  • Additional skills such as working with complex needs, behavioural support, or mental health experience
