Fulton Hogan's Manufacturing Business located in Hazelmere is currently seeking a Fixed Plant Operator to join our Production team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for

  • Operate asphalt plant and/or loader to produce asphalt to specifications.
  • Plan activities for production of asphalt
  • Communicate directly with customers to schedule orders and load vehicles
  • Work closely with quality control team to ensure asphalt meets customer specifications
  • Encourage safe work practices and ensure safety procedures are adhered to
  • Provide positive input at pre-starts, toolbox and safety meetings
  • Comply with relevant company policies, procedures and site rules

How you'll connect to the role?

  • Previous experience in Asphalt production would be an advantage but not essential
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality and environmental practices
  • Availability to work extended hours, including night shift & weekends when required
  • Have some mechanical knowledge or experience in plant maintenance
  • A current WA Driver's License
