Fulton Hogan's Manufacturing Business located in Hazelmere is currently seeking a Fixed Plant Operator to join the Production team on a full-time permanent basis.

In this position you will be responsible for:

- Operating asphalt plant and/or loader to produce asphalt to specifications.
- Planning activities for production of asphalt and communicating directly with customers to schedule orders and load vehicles.
- Working closely with our quality control team to ensure asphalt meets customer specifications.
- Encouraging safe work practices and ensure safety procedures are adhered to.
- Providing positive input at pre-starts, toolbox and safety meetings.
- Complying with relevant company policies, procedures and site rules.

How you’ll connect to the role?
- Previous experience in a production environment would be an advantage but not essential.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality and environmental practices.
- Availability to work extended hours, including night shift & weekends when required.
- Possess some mechanical knowledge or experience in plant maintenance.
- A valid WA Driver's License.
- HR or HC license will be advantageous.

The pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
