What’s on offer?

Fulton Hogan's Stabilisation Division is seeking a full-time Plant Operator to join our team based in Hazelmere.

This role involves working on a range of pavement stabilisation and construction projects. You’ll need to be flexible, as work may include weekends, night shifts, and periods away from home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate mobile plant equipment (e.g. stabiliser, spreader, roller, water cart, loader).
- Undertake pavement construction and maintenance activities.
- Work safely around live traffic environments.
- Participate in toolbox meetings, pre-starts, risk assessments and project specific reporting.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous road construction or stabilisation (advantageous).
- A strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
- Commitment to our Living Safely culture.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, nights and away from home when required.
- A valid driver’s licence (HR, HC or MC would desirable).
- Construction induction (White) card.
- Mobile plant experience (advantageous).
- A genuine interest in working outdoors, in all weather conditions.
