The spice private ptd Ltd is a well-established the Spice kitchen and bar known for its exceptional Thai restaurant and outstanding service. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • · Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to restaurant standards.
  • · Develop menus and create new recipes based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
  • · Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation.
  • · Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • · Manage budget and finance, inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
  • · Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
  • · Maintain high standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience Required

  • · Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
  • · Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • · Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • · Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • · Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • · Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
