The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional food and service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Develop seasonal menus and specials
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Work collaboratively with management to enhance the club's food offering
About You
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Creative flair with a passion for fresh, quality ingredients
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and menu planning
  • Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety
