Education and Experience


• Relevant claims management experience in a broking/insurance environment

*** Strong technical knowledge in Commercial Classes – ISR, Business Interruption, Liability – management/public/cyber/professional indemnity


• Previous experience leading/managing the performance of a team; setting goals, providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews


• Successful track record in dealing with leadership personnel and a broad range of internal stakeholders


• Tertiary qualification in a business related discipline (preferable but not essential).

Skills


• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust your approach according to the audience and circumstance.


• Ability to understand and analyse policy and make informed decisions accordingly.


• Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in tight timeframes.
