About the role

This full-time opportunity as an Administration assistant/customer service at OBA in Rockdale office, offers a competitive salary package of $70,000 - $80,000.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering calls and handling emails and providing customer service support.
  2. Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing.

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in an administrative assistant and customer service role will be highly regarded, though not essential.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  5. A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to your work.
