Role OverviewWorking closely with a qualified accountant, this position offers hands-on experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general finance. With specific systems training provided, it's ideal for someone looking to grow their career in accounting within a global business.

Responsibilities

  • Managing invoicing, payment runs, and bank reconciliations
  • Handling AR collections and AP processing (approx. 35% AR, 35-40% AP, remainder general finance)
  • Assist with month-end reporting and analysis
  • Support finance projects and reconciliations
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks

Candidate ProfileYou are a Korean-speaking Assistant accountant or Finance officer with proven Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience. You are comfortable with working in a small team environment whilst being part of a multinational business. You enjoy dealing with people and have a great eye for detail, and you have strong communication skills. As you will be working to tight deadlines, the ability to prioritise your work and multitask is crucial. You are currently looking to enter an organisation that can offer you a solid career whilst maintaining a good work/life balance within a corporate environment.
