About the Role
We seek a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Sydney team on a 12-month maximum term contract, commencing February 2026. In this role, you'll work closely with the HR Director and broader HR team to deliver high-quality day-to-day business and strategic support. You'll help implement people strategies and practices that align with the Firm's objectives and continually enhance HR's contribution to the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across national business units.
- Act as HR Business Partner for a diverse portfolio.
- Manage the employee lifecycle and performance appraisal processes.
- Lead annual remuneration reviews and provide commercial employee relations advice.
- Coach leaders on managing people and performance issues.
- Support change management strategies to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with the HR Director on projects and strategic initiatives.
- Drive learning and development programs in partnership with L&D.
- Ensure HR policies remain current and compliant.
- Facilitate firm-wide training sessions and succession planning.
- Champion WHS, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior advisor (professional services experience desirable).
- Strong judgment in people management and confident decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act 2009 and relevant awards.
- Ability to work under pressure with discretion and integrity.
