About The Role
As our
Human Resources Manager
, you will be the first point of contact for all people related topics for your client group. You will partner with managers and employees to attract, develop and retain the highest caliber of employees for our business. Reporting into the HR Director, you will be an integral part of the human resources team, delivering advice and solutions that support the business strategy. You will lead and contribute to HR and whole business projects that drive business performance.
You will be responsible for:
- Partnering with our business leaders to build our existing talent capability and drive performance in the business
- Recruiting high caliber profiles to our business
- Managing Employee Relations matters as they arise
- Developing structured action plans to engage our workforce.
- Ensuring our team remuneration packages are competitive and aligned to the wider market, including leading our annual compensation review processes with our store teams.
- Building a safety-first culture in our team to create a safe working environment.
This opportunity will partner with a number of our stores which are located interstate, so travel will be required multiple times each year.
About You
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who has a passion for supporting leaders to develop their teams and driving performance in our business. You will ideally have experience working in a retail or similar environment and be comfortable partnering with stakeholder at all levels.
Our ideal candidate will be well established, with several years of Human Resources experience, setting them up to be successful throughout their career with us.
