The IPH Group Human Resources team is a global, yet close-knit & high performing team, recognised as true partners to the business due to their innovative approach and valued contribution towards the Group's success.

We are seeking our next talented HR professional to join the team in the full-time role of HR Business Partner, based in our Sydney office with hybrid-work opportunities.

Joining at an exciting time of change and working closely with senior HR Leaders across the ANZ region, the HR Business Partner will assist People Leaders and employees providing professional and practical generalist advice, coaching and support across a broad range of HR matters, as well as the opportunity to contribute on Group HR projects.

The key purpose is not only to act as a centralised trusted HR Partner, but to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and play a crucial role supporting senior HR Leaders in ensuring the smooth operations of HR support across the employee life cycle whilst implementing best practice people solutions and providing sound ER/IR advice.

This role would ideally suit a HR Advisor with 2 to 3 years solid advisory experience, ready to take the next step in their career and partner with IPH and our member firms, to oversee a broad range of HR matters. The ability to travel to IPH Group offices across ANZ is essential.
