What You'll Be Doing:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the key HR contact for assigned business units, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal coordination, and performance discussions.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and internal communications to promote a positive work culture.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, grievance management, and disciplinary actions in accordance with HR policies.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance data.
- Coordinate and monitor learning & development programs, tracking participation and maintaining training records.
- Collaborate with Payroll and C&B teams to ensure accurate and timely updates on employee movements, benefits, and entitlements.
- Participate in HR projects, policy enhancements, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all HR operations.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
