The Role

As a HR Business Partner, you will serve as a key strategic and operational partner supporting multiple sites within our innovative Not-for-Profit client in the Aged Care sector. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will work closely with the broader HR team to deliver business objectives across all facets of HR.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for multiple sites, providing expert, solutions-focused support across all people matters
  • Provide strategic advice and coaching to leaders to support effective decision-making
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient, compliant, and people-centric processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Offer clear, practical guidance on the interpretation of employment legislation, awards and enterprise agreements, and internal policies
  • Manage end-to-end complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and unfair dismissal claims, ensuring fair and timely outcomes
  • Support the management of workplace incidents and workers' compensation cases in partnership with relevant stakeholders, promoting safe and supportive return-to-work practices
  • Contribute to the delivery of HR programs, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives that align with business goals

Experience and Skills

  • 3-5 years' experience in a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role with a strong focus on IR/ER
  • Formal Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resource Management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, administration & organisation skills
  • Solutions-focused with an unbreakable can-do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Experience with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
