With our continued growth and the expansion of our showroom, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Showroom Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a proven ability to deliver strong sales outcomes while also guiding clients through their home design selections to achieve the best possible results.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with exclusive, high-end products available only to you, collaborate with leading industry professionals, and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences as part of our prestigious VIP Client Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with showroom clients, designers, architects, and builders to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct one-on-one design consultations, helping clients bring their vision to life.
  • Confidently showcase Kaolin's premium product range and communicate its unique value.
  • Interpret and work with floor plans to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Drive sales by developing relationships and identifying opportunities within the showroom environment.
  • Maintain a visually stunning showroom that reflects Kaolin's brand and values.
  • Work closely with a collaborative team within a structured business environment.
  • Maintain client quotes to ensure end sale.
  • Meet KPI and team targets.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the tile industry high-end interiors industry (Tile sales showroom experience essential).
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans confidently.
  • Passion for design and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive and goal-driven environment.
  • Time management and a self-motivator.
