Showroom Sales Consultant – Yardware

Alexandria, Sydney | Part-Time | Saturdays Required

Are you passionate about design, sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Yardware, a family-owned Australian leader in bespoke outdoor furniture, is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Alexandria.

About the Role:

You'll help customers bring their dream outdoor spaces to life, offering expert advice on premium products while maintaining a beautifully presented showroom. This role combines customer service, sales reporting, and showroom management in a collaborative, design-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and assist customers in-store, online, and by phone.
  • Guide clients through custom designs, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the showroom reflects Yardware's quality standards.
  • Provide sales reports and customer insights to optimise performance.

About You:

  • Proven success in sales, ideally with high-value or bespoke products.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience is required.
  • Passion for design, with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills.
  • Available to work Saturdays as part of your regular schedule.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
