We're now looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our Sydney showroom. This is your chance to take ownership of a high-performing team, delight our customers, and drive sales in a premium retail environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Your Team
    – recruit, train, roster and develop a team of 3–4 consultants, building a supportive, high-performance culture.
  • Sales & Performance
    – achieve store revenue targets, boost conversion rates, and coach the team in consultative selling.
  • Customer Experience
    – ensure every visitor has a seamless, personalised experience, from single purchases to whole-home fit-outs.
  • Operations
    – oversee presentation, maintenance and stock levels so the showroom reflects the RJ Living brand at its best.
  • Reporting
    – report on performance and share insights with our Area Manager and head office to keep the business growing.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have
    retail management experience
    (furniture or other premium retail ideal).
  • Are skilled at
    driving sales and coaching teams
    to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Know how to build strong customer relationships and handle escalations with ease.
  • Bring experience in recruitment,
    rostering, and performance management.
  • Are comfortable with retail systems (POS/ERP), data-driven reporting, and fast-paced operations.
  • Above all, you're passionate about interiors, design, and making a real impact in a growing business.
