This full-time Retail Showroom Sales Consultant role at Adorn Tiles is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail sales professional with a flair for design.  Based at our Kings Park Showroom, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers make selections for their new homes.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Customer service

·       Retail Sales

·       Customer & account sales

·       Carry out administrative tasks and complete required documentation

·       Act as one of the points of contact for builders and construction companies

·       Coordinate client consultations and appointments

·       Maintenance & merchandising of the Showroom

·       Sourcing, reviewing and processing required information for the completion of client selections

·       Build and maintain relationships with design teams and builders

·       Conducting tile selections across multiple Showrooms

·       Maintenance & merchandising of the Showroom

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB:

·       Sales experience

·       Admin experience

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Colour, interior or design knowledge/training would be advantageous

·       Industry experience, advantageous (Training can be provided for the right candidate)

·       Outgoing personality with the ability to build effective working relationships

·       Positive and motivated with a can-do attitude

·       Intermediate Admin/Computer skills

Days:   Monday – Saturday

6 days optional or, a weekday off as Saturdays are compulsory.
