Overview

As a Bathroom Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the showroom, guiding customers through their bathroom renovation journey. You'll use your product knowledge, customer service skills, and eye for design to help customers select the right fixtures, fittings, and finishes to meet their vision, budget, and practical needs. The role blends consultative selling within the showroom and client relationship management.

Employment details

The position is Full-time, five days a week, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-5pm, with one rostered day off per week. Notably, the showroom is closed on Sunday's.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and engage showroom visitors, providing expert advice on bathroom products.
  • Listen to customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all bathroom ranges including taps, showers, baths, vanities, toilets, and accessories.
  • Generate and present bathroom quotations.
  • Work closely with the warehouse, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from consultation to completion.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a retail sales or showroom sales role (bathroom, kitchen, or interior design industry preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer first approach.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for design, home improvement, and customer service.
