About the job
At Fat Zebra, we simplify payments for merchants and platforms to scale confidently. Our platform processes over 500 million transactions annually – totalling $65 billion, and powers leading brands including Zip, MYOB, RACQ and Aussie Broadband.
We're entering an exciting new chapter. Following recent acquisitions, we're uniting multiple brands and teams under one purpose: One Fat Zebra. We're looking for a creative, organised, and hands-on Content Producer to help bring our new brand purpose to life. You'll turn strategy into stories, producing content that connects customers, partners, and employees to the future of Fat Zebra.
Working closely with the Communications Strategist and our creative partners, you'll craft case studies, social content, videos, and sales materials that prove our impact and personality.
Some of what you'll be doing
• Produce high-quality content across web, social, email, and internal channels.
• Create customer success stories for web and trade press, showcasing our technology and partnerships.
• Build and maintain our content calendar covering owned and earned media.
• Develop sales enablement materials – toolkits, pitch decks, and RFP templates that bring our value proposition to life.
• Support the One Fat Zebra campaign through video, motion, and social assets.
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure everything published feels distinctly Fat Zebra.
• Track and report content performance monthly, optimising for reach and resonance.
What you'll bring
• 3+ years of experience in content production, copywriting, or multimedia.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a feel for visual design and tone.
• Proficient in Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for basic design and video editing.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and how to create and optimise content for each.
• Ability to action learnings from analytics and insights to ensure continuous content improvement.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects with meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Fintech or B2B experience is a plus but not required; clarity and curiosity matter most.
Team and culture
You'll join a lean, creative, cross-functional team obsessed with clarity and craft.
We take pride in making complex technology easy to understand and enjoyable to engage with. Expect variety, ownership, and the freedom to make ideas move.
What you'll gain
• End-to-end ownership of the content process.
• Exposure to brand, product, and leadership projects.
• A front-row seat in a fast-scaling fintech shaping the future of payments.
To apply
If you're passionate about storytelling and want to help define the voice of Fat Zebra, we encourage you to apply. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by phone within a week.
