Wilson Security is seeking a talented Content Producer to lead the creation of engaging video and photo content and manage our social media presence. This is your chance to elevate our brand's visual storytelling across digital platforms.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation (Primary)

  • Produce and edit high-quality video content (events, interviews, case studies)
  • Capture professional-grade photos for use across digital and print

Social Media Management (Primary)

  • Develop and execute a content calendar for LinkedIn
  • Monitor engagement, respond to followers, and adjust strategy for maximum reach
  • Manage paid LinkedIn and meta ads

Additional Content Support (Secondary)

  • Lead the quarterly client newsletter process — including planning content, drafting copy, coordinating inputs, and directing the graphic designer to ensure on-brand, timely delivery.
  • Write compelling blog posts and articles that align with the Wilson Security brand voice.
  • Develop content for brochures, flyers, and marketing emails, working with the graphic designer to bring concepts to life.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience in videography, including filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Strong photography skills — people, events, and lifestyle shots.
  • Proficiency in editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom).
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write and craft engaging copy.
  • Basic graphic design ability (e.g. Canva, Adobe InDesign) is a plus.
  • An understanding of storytelling techniques and copywriting (highly desirable)
