Your Mission is to
- Produce long-form YouTube content for PWR (IRL or IRL-gaming) from concept to execution
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, plan and script video ideas that establish PWR as a leader in IRL gaming content
- Help organize and oversee shoots, managing budgets, logistics and talent coordination
- Brief and manage editors to ensure high-quality edits that align with PWR’s creative vision
- Lead communication and workflow across creative teams (content managers, VFX designers and graphic artists) to ensure the accurate exchange of information
- Work with the social media team to promote PWR's videos and engage with the gaming community
- Work with brands to develop and integrate sponsored content into PWR’s videos
- Analyse video performance and audience insights to refine strategies and improve future content
About You
- 2+ years of experience in content production, preferably YouTube content
- Strong understanding of YouTube content trends, pacing and audience engagement strategies
- Execution-focused, with strong logical thinking and the ability to turn ideas into well structured, high-quality content
Requirements
- Experience in meticulous planning, time management and overseeing video shoots, including logistics, budgeting and talent coordination
- Supreme organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in fast paced environments
