We are seeking a Content Producer to join our Customer Experience Design Team within the Digital Channel and Customer Experience Design Program. This important role will help the Bureau to deliver services that meet user needs. You will have previously worked in a similar role with demonstrated capacity to produce content that creates impact and value across our digital channels. You will have experience in planning and managing content through its lifecycle and the ability to deliver training to colleagues in both how to write and the CMS they will use.

You will also have experience working in large organisations in a content capacity. You will be able to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels and build relationships internally and externally. The ability to collaborate and excellent attention to detail are both essential for this role.

Experience working within an in-house digital design team in a large and complex organisation, knowledge of agile and proficiency in Drupal is highly regarded.
